Role: Director of Operations
William has 15 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Marketing Research industry, serving as a Senior Project Manager of Lynx Research from 2001 – 2006. In his current role as Director of Operations he supervises and provides direction to Lynx Research Project Management team. As such, he manages all daily phases of the internal and external operational efforts required to successfully complete a research study. He is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with all vendors in order to ensure Lynx Research receives the level of service required to appropriately meet the needs of our clients.
Prior to joining Lynx Research, William worked for more than 14 years in a sales capacity, maintaining vendor relationships, merchandising, staff development, automated inventory management, and department management in the retail environment with Hastings, Dillard’s and Macy’s. This provided him with considerable customer service and vendor management skills to bring to the Lynx Research team. William has a BBA in Economics from Texas State University.
William’s hobbies and interests include collecting stock certificates and comics, beach travel with his family, aquariums, snorkeling/scuba, and avid sweepstaking, The 3 P’s of being a successful sweeper and life-long Seattle Seahawks fan serve him well in the Marketing Research field: persistence, patience and a positive attitude.
