Tim Pascoe, Partner, joined Lynx Research Consulting in 2005. In his 22+ years experience in the market research/consulting industry, he has worked in package goods, service, and communications research at both client advertising agency, and vendor companies.
Tim began his research career working on the vendor and advertising side where he developed a solid foundation in packaged goods research as well as fundamentals of marketing. His next move was to the client side at GTE - first as a Research Associate then Research Manager. Tim’s experience at GTE gave him an appreciation of how important work is accomplished within large organizations. His work efforts were focused on segmentation, customer satisfaction and concept testing studies. Tim then took on a role as Associate Manager at Frito-Lay in 1998. In his eight years at there, Tim rose to the title of Sr. Group Manager, with responsibilities throughout his tenure for brand research, shopper marketing insights, and multicultural insights. Tim led several teams whose goal was to solve large macro business issues, driving Frito-Lay’s growth agenda through the generation of new and provocative insights.
While with Lynx Research Consulting, Tim has partnered with several companies to develop several point-of-purchase, shopper behavior and path to purchase studies, for both consumer packaged goods and retail clients. His experience in consumer package research is matched by no one at any supplier in the US. He’s done it all. In addition to his client side responsibilities, Tim is currently responsible for managing our company’s day to day financials.
Tim is a 1992 graduate of the University of North Texas with a BBA in Marketing. Tim and his family are recent transplants to the Boise area from Austin Texas. He and his son are excited for the coming ski season.
