Bringing over 30 years of marketing research experience to Lynx, Donna has never tired of the challenge of designing innovative research studies, ensuring flawless project execution, and most importantly, combining research results with her industry expertise to provide truly insightful and actionable recommendations. Donna thrives on pouring through mounds of data to weave a compelling story addressing all study objectives. It would be difficult to find a research issue, methodology or analysis technique where Donna does not have considerable experience. Her focus has been primarily in the telecoms/technology/media, financial services and healthcare industries.
Having started her career on the client side of the business at AT&T, Donna has a first -hand understanding of client needs and knows how research suppliers can help make their clients shine. Client service is of paramount importance to Donna – she is always accessible and consultative, and clients can relax knowing that very high quality deliverables will consistently be provided on or ahead of schedule. A true workaholic, no project is too difficult or timeframe too tight to prevent Donna from meeting client needs. It is this client focus that propelled Donna to move from one of the largest research suppliers to Lynx, where she can provide clients with more personal attention and flexibility through all phases of the research process.
With the same fervor that she embraces research projects and client relationships, Donna passionately roots for the NY Mets, NY Giants and Rutgers football and basketball teams. How happy she would be if these teams would be as successful as her research projects! To unwind, Donna enjoys giving her creativity a spin at a pottery studio, swimming, and traveling with her husband and children, especially to tropical resorts.
Donna received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychometrics from Cornell University and her MBA in Marketing from Rutgers University.
